• 15+ years of hands-on SAP PP, almost all on ECC 6.0, including lead PP consultant or solution architect on at least 3 full-lifecycle implementations or multi-plant rollouts.
• Expert-level ECC MRP: processing keys (NETCH, NETPL, NEUPL), planning file, MRP types, lot sizing, planning strategies and requirements types, consumption, individual and collective requirements, MRP areas, rescheduling and exception messages, and MD04, MD05, MD06 and MD07.
• Table-level fluency, able to specify logic directly against: sales orders and requirements (VBAK, VBAP, VBEP, VBBE), customers (KNA1, KNVV), PIRs (PBIM, PBED), planned orders (PLAF), purchase requisitions (EBAN), reservations and dependent requirements (RESB), production orders (AFKO, AFPO), plant and MRP area data (MARC, MDMA), stored MRP lists (MDKP, MDTB) and the planning file (DBVM).
• Has designed MRP enhancements through user exits and BAdIs (for example MD_CHANGE_MRP_DATA, MD_ADD_ELEMENTS, MD_PLDORD_CHANGE), and can debug ABAP to confirm how MRP behaves.
• Deep SD-to-PP integration: availability check, checking groups and rules, requirements transfer and backorder processing.
• A track record of specifications that developers build from without rework, on fast agile projects.
• Valid passport and ability to travel to Singapore at short notice.
