Heritage Immigration is a Singapore-based immigration consultancy assisting individuals, families, and business owners with Singapore Permanent Residence (PR), Citizenship, and Business Incorporation services.

We are seeking motivated and client-focused individuals to join our growing team as Immigration Advisors.

Job Responsibilities

* Conduct consultations with prospective clients via phone, video calls, and face-to-face meetings.

* Understand clients’ objectives and assess their suitability for available immigration pathways.

* Explain Heritage Immigration’s services and recommendations clearly and professionally.

* Manage enquiries from initial consultation through successful onboarding.

* Build and maintain strong client relationships.

* Follow-up with prospective clients and manage sales opportunities effectively.

* Achieve agreed sales and performance targets.

* Maintain accurate records in the company’s CRM system.

* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a positive client experience.

Requirements

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

* Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.

* Good organisational and time-management skills.

* Results-oriented with the ability to manage multiple client enquiries.

* Comfortable conducting consultations and presenting solutions to clients.

* Experience in sales, customer service, consultancy, financial services, recruitment, property, or related fields will be advantageous.

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems is preferred.

* Training will be provided for successful candidates.
