Location: Jurong East | Mon – Fri, Office Hours
Basic: $2,500 – $3,000 + Uncapped Commission
Potential Earnings: $6,000 – $8,000+ for strong performers
Responsibilities
- Contact and follow up with company-provided leads through warm and cold calling to generate interest and qualify prospects
- Understand clients’ needs regarding Singapore PR and Citizenship applications to provide tailored advice
- Arrange and manage face-to-face consultations and appointments at the office to engage potential clients
- Conduct face-to-face sales consultations to recommend suitable immigration services based on client needs
- Follow up with prospects consistently to convert leads into confirmed sales
- Achieve individual sales KPIs and targets to contribute to company growth
- Work on selected weekends as required to support business demands
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Comfortable with warm and cold calling to initiate client engagement
- Confident and comfortable conducting face-to-face sales consultations
- Strong communication and persuasion skills to influence client decisions
- Sales-driven, target-oriented, and motivated by commissions to meet and exceed sales goals
