JOB SUMMARY:
As a Medical Assistant at Clay Consulting, you will have a crucial role in supporting the efficient operation of the clinic by providing administrative and clinical support. You will support healthcare providers and claimants through a variety of tasks related to VA Claim Exams (C&P Exams). Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in medical procedures are essential for success in this role.
DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Conduct IMO research accurately and on time as defined by your manager.
- Complete the daily IMO Support Tracker to document research performance.
- Meet minimum weekly IMO requirements set by the IMO Support Manager.
- Maintain regular communication with the IMO Support Manager to offer feedback and updates.
- Follow the weekly provider IMO allocation given by your manager.
- Train and support new IMO Specialists as needed.
- Assist with administrative tasks as assigned.
