To apply for the role, please click HERE Impact Manager – Active Essex Foundation Salary range : £48,000 - £52,000 dependent on experience Fixed term contract: 18 months to March 2028 (extension subject to funding) Hours: Full-Time 37.5 hours a week Directly responsible to : Intelligence Manager Directly responsible for: Four team members Active Essex Foundation is a successful and growing charity dedicated to creating the conditions for young people and communities across Essex to thrive. Main Duties and Responsibilities Evaluation Leadership and Quality Assurance Lead evaluation frameworks. Establish standards and guidance. Provide quality assurance. Strategic Insight and Impact Identify organisational insight and evaluation priorities. Produce impact reports and evidence products. Leadership and Team Development Provide leadership and mentoring. Partnership and Stakeholder Management Develop stakeholder relationships. Research and Evaluation Delivery Lead strategic research and evaluation projects. Knowledge Skills and Experience Essential: Degree or equivalent experience. Significant experience leading research and evaluation projects. Strong understanding of quantitative and qualitative methodologies. Desirable: Place-based approaches and systems leadership. Managing researchers and analysts.
