Impact Marketing - Google Ads Specialist
Manage Google Ads for 120+ clients in a Google Premier Partner agency. Own strategy, optimization, analytics, and performance.
$3k–$4k per month | Full-time
Hey, I’m Duane! I am the founder of Impact Marketing, based out in Maryland on the East Coast of the US.
We’re a tight-knit team of 16 people, and we specialize in helping dog boarding and dog daycare businesses grow through smart, performance-driven digital marketing.
Think of us as the people who are helping your dog’s holiday go just as well as yours! 🐶
We’ve got 120 active clients and counting!
We are proud to be a Google Premier Partner, a distinction held by only 3% of agencies in the US.
Our team includes 6 digital ad specialists, 5 account managers, a copywriter, an assistant, a project manager, a business manager - and me.
We manage around $1M/year in ad spend, mostly for pet care, contractor, and professional service businesses. What sets us apart is our obsession with detail, our love of data, and our focus on real results. This role is heavily focused on Google Ads; any Meta or LinkedIn involvement is handled by our account managers rather than digital ad specialists. If you're honest, sharp, and love digital performance work, you’ll feel right at home here!
