The Joblogic Story

Established in 1998, Joblogic is the UK’s #1 Field Service Management (FSM) software platform. We are a global business with offices in the UK, Pakistan, and Vietnam. Since our management buy-out in 2013, we have grown from ~£500K ARR to ~£35M+ ARR and expanded our team from 11 to 500+ people.

Recently, we secured a strategic growth investment from Vista Equity Partners — a global technology investor specialising in enterprise software. This investment includes over £100 million in new primary capital and will fuel our next phase of growth by accelerating our AI-first roadmap, expanding our platform into CAFM (Computer-Aided Facilities Management) capabilities, and supporting our expansion across Europe and beyond.

With Vista’s backing, we’re transforming from a successful UK business into a global scaling SaaS rocket ship, and we’d love for you to join us on our journey to £100M ARR across international markets.

Joblogic provides software to service contractors who install and maintain the built environment. Our platform helps businesses streamline operations, improve profitability, ensure compliance, and achieve rapid growth. With over 100,000 users across industries including HVAC, plumbing, electrical maintenance, facilities management, and building fabric maintenance, we are entering a new era of intelligent automation, predictive maintenance, and data-driven decision-making for service firms.

About the Role:

As an Implementation Consultant, you are Joblogic's single point of contact for every new customer — from contract signature through to adoption. This is an end-to-end delivery role: one consultant, one customer, no handovers.

You own the complete customer journey: leading discovery and kick-off, mapping customer workflows, guiding system configuration, managing data imports, delivering structured training, confirming go-live readiness, and producing the handover pack for Support.

Alongside delivery, you will work closely with the CSM who is assigned from contract. You will maintain a project plan for every account from kick-off, track project progress, and escalate risks early to your Team Lead. The target is to take a customer from signature to go-live in under 30 days for standard accounts.

You will manage 4–8 concurrent accounts, down from the previous model of up to 25. Fewer accounts per consultant means more time per customer, stronger relationships, and better outcomes.

The ideal candidate is organised, confident in front of customers, technically capable across the Joblogic platform, and genuinely motivated to deliver an outstanding onboarding experience every time.

Reporting Line:

The Implementation Consultant reports to an Implementation Team Lead, who reports to the Head of Implementation.
Two specialist roles provide oversight across the full Implementation function:

  • IC Reporting Lead — oversees quality, milestone adherence, and weekly reporting standards across all Implementation Consultants.
  • QC Lead — conducts quality reviews of customer deliverables, compliance, go-live readiness, and training sessions. Provides structured feedback directly to ICs.

Roles and responsibilities:

  • Leading the kick-off meeting for every assigned account — using pre-sales discovery questionnaire outputs and sales handover notes to arrive prepared, with no cold starts.
  • Agreeing and documenting the go-live definition, success criteria, and implementation scope at kick-off, including any dependencies
  • Guiding the customer through system configuration
  • Managing the data readiness process from kick-off: agreeing ownership, templates, and timelines with the customer.
  • Delivering structured, role-based training sessions tailored to each customer's team (engineers, schedulers, managers, finance)..
  • Completing a formal go-live readiness check before every technical go-live, confirming all pre-go-live items are complete.
  • Maintaining project plan for every account from kick-off, updated weekly. Keeping the HubSpot account record current at every stage milestone.
  • Escalating at-risk accounts to the Team Lead early using the RAID log
  • Working with the CSM to the customer at the start of the engagement, and communicating proactively with the CSM at each CSAT checkpoint (weeks 2, post-training, and go-live).
  • Scoping forms, dashboards, and reports with the customer. Raising coded forms, complex dashboards, and any reports requiring database access to Technical Support with agreed timelines.
  • Contributing to continuous improvement by sharing feedback from customer sessions with the Team Lead and QC Lead.
  • Maintaining high professional standards across all customer engagements and keeping project plans, HubSpot records, and administrative processes up to date.
  • Acting as a credible ambassador for Joblogic in every customer interaction — product knowledge, professionalism, and follow-through are non-negotiable.

Essential Experience and Skills:

  • Proven experience delivering software consultancy, implementation or training to business clients, ideally in a SaaS or field service management environment.
  • Experience in business process mapping and discovery, with the ability to translate customer workflows into a structured implementation plan.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, comfortable talking and presenting to clients, users and stakeholders about software, both remote and in person settings.
