Implementation Consultant

Are you our new Implementation Consultant?

Do you have experience with payroll administration and HR software, and would you enjoy guiding organizations through the implementation of a powerful payroll system? Then we are looking for you! Nmbrs is looking for an Implementation Consultant who helps (future) clients successfully transition their HR and payroll processes to our software. In this client-focused role, you will work with a wide variety of organizations and also have an influence on the further development of our product.

In this role, you will

• support existing clients in optimizing their setup and executing migrations;

• guide new clients through migrations and setting up processes that best fit their organization;

• ensure that new clients can use Nmbrs comfortably and confidently;

• visit clients for migrations, which can increasingly also take place remotely;

• advise potential clients on the possibilities of Nmbrs together with the sales team;

• consult with product owners about desired new features and product improvements;

• exchange knowledge with the support team and guide starters in a mentor role.

What you bring

• experience with payroll administration and working with payroll software (such as Nmbrs or similar packages);

• a PDL certificate, and possibly even an NCP certification;

• the ability to take the lead in projects and tasks;

• a self-starting attitude and a strong sense of responsibility;

• a team-oriented mindset, even in a role that sometimes feels solitary.

• Depending on your experience, we offer a gross monthly salary between €3600 and €5000, excluding holiday pay;
