Implementation Consultant
Job Summary
Lead the end-to-end implementation, onboarding, and deployment of AI-driven and enterprise software solutions. Work closely with customers and internal teams to deliver successful implementations, user training, and customer adoption from kickoff through go-live and stabilization.
Key Responsibilities
Manage customer implementations, including kickoff meetings, requirements workshops, project plans, timelines, milestones, risks, and scope.
Gather, document, and validate business and functional requirements, translating them into solution configurations and implementation activities.
Configure applications, user accounts, workflows, and access controls according to customer requirements.
Coordinate data migration, API/Webhook integrations, deployment, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with technical teams.
Conduct demonstrations, workshops, and administrator/end-user training, using clear storytelling to explain solution capabilities and business value.
Prepare implementation documentation, BOM documentation, user guides, and knowledge transfer materials.
Assess go-live readiness, coordinate deployment, support post-go-live stabilization, and manage handover to Support or Customer Success teams.
Collaborate with Product Owners, Software Engineers, AI Engineers, and Support teams while managing customer expectations and multiple concurrent implementations.
Monitor initial customer adoption and improve implementation processes, playbooks, and training materials.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
At least 2-5 years of relevant experience in software implementation, SaaS deployment, customer onboarding, project delivery, or business analysis,
Experience independently managing customer-facing implementation projects, requirements discussions, demonstrations, and training.
Hands-on familiarity with enterprise software configuration, workflows, user management, and access controls.
Basic understanding of APIs, Webhooks, system integrations, and data migration.
Strong communication, presentation, storytelling, teamwork, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage stakeholders, implementation risks, competing priorities, and project timelines.
Mandarin proficiency is required to liaise with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.
