Implementation Consultant

The Role

We’re expanding and hiring an Implementation Consultant to join our team and work with our Australian and New Zealand customers. This is a full-time, on-site role based in our Brisbane office.

You'll join an experienced, collaborative team responsible for leading the successful implementation of Tanda for our customers. You'll build strong relationships with key stakeholders, guide them through the rollout process, and ensure they're confident using Tanda's core features to get the most value from the platform.

You'll work cross-functionally to ensure customer needs are understood, challenges are addressed proactively, and feedback is shared to continuously improve both the implementation experience and our product.

From rostering to payroll, our platform powers the operational heartbeat of thousands of workplaces. Core Responsibilities

• Take ownership of new client implementations and their outcomes

• Guide business owners and managers through best-practice system usage

• Set up and manage project timelines with clients to ensure expectations are met

• Build rapport and relationships with key stakeholders within the client’s business

• Facilitate technical discussions for integrations and technical solutions

• Manage multiple clients and competing interests from them at once

• Work across teams where necessary in the best interest of Tanda

• Prioritise people and revenue over unnecessary process

Who You Are

• You’re naturally curious and confident learning and explaining new systems to diverse stakeholders

• You enjoy being part of a high-performing, in-person team and operate with a goal-orientated mindset

• You’re self-motivated, resilient, and take ownership of everything you do

• You bring strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• You’ve worked in a customer-facing or operations role

• Previous experience in B2B software, HR/ Payroll or Workforce Management is advantageous but not required
