Implementation Consultant with Hotel Experience

Salary: ₱20,000 – ₱25,000 per month

We are looking for candidates with experience in hospitality operations, Property Management Systems (PMS), or enterprise software implementation.

Key Qualifications:

• At least 2 years of relevant experience in hospitality systems, enterprise software implementation, or
working with a hotel PMS
• Hotel Front Office, Reservations, or related operational experience is highly preferred
• Experience with OPERA or similar Property Management Systems is an advantage
• Experience in system implementation, configuration, testing, troubleshooting, and/or user training
• Strong communication, presentation, and customer-facing skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Comfortable working with international teams and customers

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, test, troubleshoot, and support enterprise hospitality technology solutions

• Support system implementations, integrations, and go-live activities

• Troubleshoot application, server, connectivity, and integration issues

• Work with third-party systems, interfaces, partners, and vendors

• Assist with end-user training and technical knowledge transfer

• Prepare technical documentation and project deliverables
