Implementation Consultants (TechOne, P&R, HR, Payroll. SAM, et al.)

Salary: Neg - DOA

My client is a well established Consulting firm who have grown significantly through a blend of acquisition & organic development. As demand for their expertise continues to be consistent, they are now Looking to hire for experienced & Principal Consultants to join their BU.

Candidates need to have solid domain/modular knowledge of at least one of the following, P&R (Property & Ratings), HR, Payroll, SAM or AM & have experience of several implementations ideally on a CiA version of the product,

Additionally, my client requires proven Consulting experience for you to be considered. I am looking for candidates who can positively challenge their clients assumptions, who isn't afraid to test & push back if their past experience tells them that they should. I also need candidates who are proven at running workshops from start to finish, & have the gravitas, credibility & expertise to elicit true requirements from the users, who know how to engage with specialised user bases, & don't just gather requirements but actively shape them ( where appropriate). Full life-cycle implementation skills are required, solution design, configuration, test & post go live initial support before handing the project over. So i am looking for a minimum of 3 yrs Consulting experience along with the deep, functional knowledge of the TechOne product/modules.

Projects will vary in length, from short term pieces of work (e.g. 3 months ) through to longer implementations (3+yrs)- you may be expected to PM the small projects but anything more than a few months will have a designated Project Manager.

Roles are available at both Senior & Principal Consultant level, with Principals also being responsible for the output & quality of work delivered by other Consultants on the engagement.

With a very healthy pipe of work & bigger implementations etc. then the scope exists here for Consultants to keep growing & developing themselves as they will get the opportunity to get exposure to modules adjacent to their expertise - the opportunity to round off your professional ERP implementation skillset is very real in this instance.

These are quality opportunities working with a market leading Consulting firm, strong pipe, long standing relationships & the chance to work with highly motivated, professional peers on interesting projects.

Whilst demand for different modules exists, appetite for Payroll functional Consultants is high, they are complex implementations, and so need in-depth functional knowledge of awards etc. is high. Anyone with iChris or CHris21 will also be considered alongside TechOne Payroll Consultants.

The company is well ran, and this team has good leadership, targets are realistic, morale is strong within the team.

Long term the scope exists to segue into other modules & broaden out your functional ERP TechOne expertise. There also exists several other business units that operate broadly in the tech ecosystem ( Strategy Consulting, Data Migration & Integration, AI, Change Management etc.)

There is potential openings for part-time Consultants (3-4 days per week) & also Contractors although the preference is for full time, perm.

In short, if you are a talented ERP Functional/Implementation Consultant, with serious Consulting chops & domain knowledge re the TechOne product then this is the role for you. You can work largely remotely on projects (c10% of time to ideally be spent in person with client) or use their offices, the choice is yours. So candidates from Sydney, NSW, Melbourne, VIC, Brisbane, QLD, Perth, WA, Adelaide, SA will all be considered, as will candidates from Geelong, Newcastle, Wollongong, Gold Coast, Townsville, Darwin etc.

Interested candidates should apply ASAP with an up to date CV, or call Declan on 0468 029 960 for a confidential discussion.
