Implementation Engineer I

You guide merchants through end-to-end payment integration projects, design scalable API-based solutions, support technical launches, collaborate with Sales, Account Management, Product, and Engineering, and identify patterns that improve implementation quality.

Responsibilities

• Guide end-to-end implementation projects
• Design and help merchants build scalable API-based integration solutions through go-live
• Act as a technical partner during integration journeys
• Collaborate with Sales, Account Management, Product, and Engineering
• Share implementation insights and identify patterns to improve delivery quality

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience working with APIs, web technologies, or programming through work or hands-on projects
• English proficiency for technical conversations
• Native Mandarin proficiency
• Clear communication of technical topics to technical and non-technical stakeholders
