BeeS Software Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Implementation Manager to lead and manage end-to-end ERP implementation projects. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in ERP project management, client relationship management, team coordination, and successful project delivery.
The candidate will be responsible for ensuring seamless ERP implementation, managing client expectations, allocating resources, and delivering projects within defined timelines and budgets.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end ERP implementation projects from planning to successful go-live.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with technical and functional teams.
- Prepare project plans, implementation strategies, timelines, and milestones.
- Manage client communication, meetings, and project status updates.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery within scope and budget.
- Identify project risks, resolve issues, and maintain customer satisfaction.
- Conduct user training and manage change management activities.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams for smooth implementation.
- Prepare project reports, implementation documentation, and progress updates.
- Manage resource allocation and optimize team utilization.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to develop referenceable customers.
- Oversee multiple ERP implementation projects simultaneously.
Required Skills & Experience
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in ERP implementation and project management.
- Strong understanding of ERP systems, business processes, and implementation methodologies.
- Proven experience in managing multiple ERP implementation projects.
- Excellent client handling, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and analytical abilities.
- Experience in resource planning and team management.
- Experience in the Education domain (School/College/University ERP solutions) will be an added advantage.
Educational Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Relevant ERP implementation or project management certifications will be an added advantage.
