Implementation Manager - Benelux (London Office)

You will join a fast-paced, dog-friendly scaleup, working alongside people who care about the work and each other. The opportunity: We're opening up new European markets, and we're looking for the first Implementation Manager dedicated to Benelux. You'll onboard and upskill on our product working closely with our UK Implementation team, then quickly become the go-to person for Dutch-speaking customers. As the region grows, we expect this role to grow into regional leadership. Several people on our current implementation team have already made that move internally. This role requires fluent Dutch in addition to English, plus regular travel to Benelux. You'll be based in London, with relocation offered for the right candidate. What you will own Data migration. Support customers with the collation, extraction, cleansing, and import of their data into Uptick using Excel and Google Sheets. System configuration. Configure customer workspaces to suit their internal workflows and industry requirements. Product training. Train the customer's team to use Uptick in their daily roles, driving strong adoption across our core modules in the critical phase after go live. Project management. Deliver implementation projects on time, keeping momentum so customers have the best chance of adopting Uptick successfully. Data and systems.
