Job Description:

We are looking for Implementation Project Managers for Epic’s software in connection with the implementation of Epic’s integrated suite of healthcare software for its customer in Singapore. The duties will include working closely with Epic’s customer(s) and Epic’s internal project management team to coordinate the implementation and configuration of the Epic software at customer location(s). This may include guiding customer counterparts through their build, system testing, end-user training, end-user adoption, and other implementation-related activities. They will monitor project timelines and key milestones within their areas of ownership.


Job requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher (any major)
  • 1+ years of Epic software implementation experience as an Application Project Manager, Technical Advisor, Application Manager or Application Coordinator, including experience through at least one software go-live
  • Pass Epic’s standard pre-hire assessment test for the role
  • Hold appropriate Epic software application certification

  • Demonstrated interpersonal communication skills
  • Hold strong project management competencies including team coordination and problem solving skills
  • Demonstrated judgment in handling escalations
