Location Requirement:
100% Remote. You must be able to work on a Pacific Time schedule (Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. PST). Candidates based in California are preferred.

What You'll Do:
As an Implementation Project Manager for Guardian HR, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional client onboarding experiences through the successful implementation of the UKG Ready platform. You will serve as the primary point of contact for new clients, develop trusted client relationships, manage project timelines, coordinate internal implementation resources, and perform hands-on configuration and implementation of all UKG Ready modules. This role uniquely combines strategic project leadership with day-to-day hands-on implementation and configuration work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Client Onboarding: Serve as the primary, high touch point of contact for new clients throughout the onboarding and implementation lifecycle.
- Manage Project Timelines: Drive project schedules, manage milestones, and coordinate internal and external resources to ensure on-time execution across multiple concurrent implementations.
- Hands-On UKG Configuration: Perform full hands-on setup, configuration, and testing across the entire UKG Ready suite (Payroll, Time & Labor Management/TLM, and HR).
- Provide Strategic Guidance & Solutions: Leverage deep analytical and problem-solving skills to address client-specific workflows, payroll requirements, and technical hurdles.
- Deliver Clear Presentations: Facilitate client kickoff meetings, project status calls, and technical demonstrations with clarity and professionalism.
- Collaborate Internally & Locally: Partner closely with internal teams and implementation leadership to streamline project workflows and ensure a seamless client experience.
- Support Process Optimization: Embrace modern AI tools and automated workflows to continuously improve project delivery and implementation efficiency.
What You'll Bring:

- Experience: 5+ years of direct experience implementing the full UKG Ready suite (Payroll, TLM, HR).
- Concurrent Project Leadership: Proven track record of leading multiple client implementations simultaneously while managing competing deadlines.
- Domain Expertise: Solid understanding of payroll processing principles and multi-module system configurations.
- Client Relationship Mastery: Superior presentation, communication, and relationship-management skills tailored for high-touch client partnerships.
