Implementation Specialist

Lead digital transformation and implementation projects for a global security client, advising account directors on modernizing security programs. You will act as a specialist for tools like Power BI and a global operations platform, driving change and managing stakeholders through 2027.
emagine is looking for an Implementation Specialist for our client in the security industry
The role is part of the client’s strategy and transformation team. The aim is to transform operations and leadership in the division serving the client’s global customers, so that the client can deliver on its 2030 strategy.
About the assignment
You will lead implementation projects with a digital-first mindset. You will be the specialist in the tools being rolled out, and you will drive change by challenging outdated ways of working. You will coordinate stakeholders. Your key responsibility is advising the account directors who manage global customers’ security programs on how to modernize those programs. You will also influence other divisions, countries and teams by leading the way.
Requirements
minimum 5 years of experience in consulting, digital transformation or IT-related roles
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering or technical field (master’s degree preferred)
Structured, analytical and solution-oriented, with strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, can-do attitude
Strong communicator who can engage and influence both senior stakeholders and technical teams
Ability to drive change and challenge established ways of working across business functions
Takes ownership and drives initiatives end to end, including direct customer engagement
Technical environment
A global operations platform, Power BI and the client’s digital customer portal.
