As Implementation Specialist – Access Control & ELV, you will own the low-level design, smooth on-site execution, and final functional handover of ACS and ELV projects at customer locations across India. You will coordinate with MEP and interior teams, manage on-site engineers and vendor partners, run quality inspections, and bring a continuous-improvement mindset — including adoption of modern tools and methods that reduce manual effort on site.

What You'll Do

  • Own end-to-end implementation of Access Control and ELV projects, from low-level design through commissioning and customer handover.

  • Lead on-site installation, testing, and troubleshooting across ACS, CCTV, structured cabling, and data & telecom systems.

  • Coordinate with MEP and RCP teams, interior contractors, and other trades to ensure clean integration at customer locations.

  • Manage on-site engineers and vendor teams, including manpower planning, daily progress tracking, and quality control.

  • Conduct system inspections, snag-listing, and acceptance testing with the customer.

  • Maintain project documentation, status reports, and client communication throughout the delivery cycle.

  • Mentor junior implementation engineers and bring them up to speed on OEM tools and best practices.

  • Identify and adopt modern tools and methods that reduce dependency on manual effort and improve consistency of delivery across sites.



Requirements

Must-Have

  • 5+ years of hands-on implementation experience in Access Control Systems and ELV projects.

  • Working experience with at least two of HID Global, eSSL Security, Hikvision, and Matrix Comsec products.

  • Strong hands-on knowledge of CCTV systems and structured cabling for data & telecommunications.

  • Proficiency with AutoCAD for low-level design and shop drawings.

  • Demonstrated experience coordinating with MEP, RCP, and interior teams on live customer sites.

  • Decent English communication and the ability to converse with on-site teams in Hindi plus at least one regional language (Kannada, Tamil, Telugu, or Marathi).

  • Open to adopting new tools and ways of working that improve site execution.

Good-to-Have

  • Exposure to UPS and power systems.

  • Experience leading multiple concurrent projects (4–10 active sites).

  • Vendor management and team-building experience on the ground.
