The pay range for this role is: $24.04 - $26.44 per hour with 8% bonus (Remote - United States)

Job Summary:
This role isn't just about implementation—it's about owning the most crucial phase of the customer journey. You'll be the architect of a successful partnership, leading the charge to get new RoadRunner customers up and running. This means you're not just an "onboarder"; you're a strategic consultant who helps businesses unlock significant cost savings and sustainability wins. Your mission is to ensure every launch is flawless, as you lay the foundation for a long-term, successful relationship.
Primary Duties Including % of time:
- 40% - Lead the timely and successful onboarding execution according to customer needs and objectives.
- 30% - Manage day-to-day communication and collaboration with customers and internal vendor, service and operations teams during the strategy implementation process
- 10% - Partner with Customers to understand their business issues and related needs. Utilize broad knowledge to recommend Diversion (Recycling) and Brokering (Savings) plans to RoadRunner Customers where appropriate
- 10% - Perform Broker and Diversion plan implementations to fit customer needs
- 10% - Manage and update internal workflows to track customer activities and approvals

- Interacts with: Customers, Hauling partners, Account Management, Internal Operations teams
Skills and Experience:
- Comfort with ambiguity, ability to act without having the whole picture using sound judgment and strong decision-making skills.
- 3+ years experience in Operations, Account Management or Sales
- Passionate about business results and quality, with a strong sense of accountability, metrics and ownership.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to grasp the tactical details.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, is dynamic, and can capture a group’s interest and maintain it as well as the ability to facilitate meetings with diverse and sometimes conflicting points of view.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, multi-task and effectively prioritize conflicting assignments with minimal supervision.
- Ability to influence and collaborate at all levels and across all functions of the organization.
- Proven ability to organize/manage multiple priorities coupled with the flexibility to quickly adapt to ever changing business needs.
- Strong analytical and problem solving. Solid decision making in a timely manner.
Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree REQUIRED
