About the role
Implementer (Accounting Software) providing support to end users on enquiries via phone, email, and remote assistance. The role involves both on-site and off-site software technical assistance, troubleshooting and resolving issues, performing data migration works, and conducting product training to end users.
Responsibilities
Provide support to end users on enquiries to Accounting Software via phone/email/remote assistance
Provide both on-site/off-site software technical assistance, troubleshoot and resolve issues
Perform data migration works
Conduct product (Accounting Software) training to end users
Involve in ad-hoc projects, pre-implementation discussions
Resolve customer technical issues in a timely & professional manner
Requirements
Possess at least a Diploma or relevant qualifications equivalent to the field
Minimum 3 years or above in the related field
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated and results driven
Focused and goal-oriented
Proactive team player with the ability to work independently
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced working environment
Responsible work attitude with a positive and cheerful personality
