Our mission is to become Europe’s leading platform for managing warehouse, logistics, retail, and multi-site commercial real estate portfolios — empowering our Clients to protect revenue, boost efficiency, and unlock new value across every aspect of their business.

Our unified CAFM platform already powers the daily operations of over 250 million m² of real estate worldwide, supporting more than 500,000 professionals. Following our union with the UK’s Micad and Germany’s net-haus, we now help manage 100,000+ buildings across 35+ countries — and we’re just getting started.

Backed by a leading growth equity investor, we’re scaling rapidly and partnering with global leaders such as Prologis, ECE, CTP, Hillwood, Logicor, GLP, and Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield. As we continue to grow through strategic acquisitions and bold innovation, we stay true to our core values: adaptability, collaboration, and client focus.

If you’re ready to help build Europe’s leading platform for property operations — and make a tangible impact on how the real estate industry works — join SINGU and be part of this transformation.

About the role

QRmaint is scaling internationally and right now, its international implementations are being run by the sales team. That pulls them away from selling and isn't an efficient way to do it. This role fixes that.

You'll take ownership of QRmaint's international implementations end to end: from kickoff, through system configuration, to go-live, and train each customer's team so they're self-sufficient once you're done. By taking these projects off the sales team's plate, you free them to focus on what they do best: selling.

This grows the implementation function to two people, split by market and language: you own the international customers, while implementations on the Polish market continue to be handled in parallel. It's a role for a hands-on operator from the maintenance or industrial world who's comfortable running a project independently and confident teaching customers how to get the most out of a new system.

Reporting: initially directly to QRmaint's board; in time, into the person responsible for post-sales (likely the Customer Success Manager, once that function expands to cover post-sales).

About the product

QRmaint is a mobile-first CMMS (Computerised Maintenance Management System) that helps maintenance teams keep machines, equipment, and facilities running at peak performance. Built around QR codes, it gives technicians instant access to asset history, work orders, and maintenance schedules from their phone — scan a code and report a failure, log work, or pull a machine's full history in seconds. The platform combines work order management, preventive maintenance, asset and spare-parts management, inspections, and downtime reporting on one central system, trusted across manufacturing, facility and real estate management, retail chains, schools, and field-service providers.

QRmaint recently joined SINGU – a leading provider of CAFM and facility-management software – as a new acquisition within the group. It continues as a distinct product in the SINGU portfolio, and this role is dedicated to it.

Location

Hybrid – 2-3 times from office per week in Kraków or Warsaw.

What you'll be doing

  • Run implementations end to end for international customers – own the full journey from kickoff, through configuration, to go-live.

  • Handle the technical setup – configure QRmaint for each new customer, set up integrations, and migrate and clean up their data.

  • Train the customer's users – onboard the customer's team on the product so they can run it themselves once the implementation is done.

  • Manage the implementation as a project – own the schedule, milestones, and customer communication, and coordinate with the wider QRmaint team (sales, support, product).

  • Take international implementations off the sales team's plate – pick up the projects that sales runs today, and give them their selling time back.

  • Help out on support – part of your time goes to customer support requests. Implementations won't fill the role from day one, and support questions frequently turn into implementation work anyway, so the two go hand in hand.

  • Feed customer insight back to product – consult with the product team on the scope of new features and fixes, based on what you hear in your conversations with customers.

What you'll bring to the team

  • Maintenance, facilities, or industrial experience – this is the key requirement. You need to speak the same language as the people you'll work with on the customer side. That matters more than prior implementation experience: you understand how maintenance teams actually operate.

  • The product and the implementation process – learned on the job. Deep familiarity with QRmaint itself is not an entry requirement; we'll teach you the application and the process here.

  • The ability to run a project independently – manage a schedule, communicate with the customer, and work through obstacles without waiting for instructions.

  • Comfort in a training role – you'll be teaching the customer's users how to use the system, so you're at ease explaining and coaching.

  • English and German – both mandatory, at a level that lets you run implementations and training with international customers entirely on your own.

What does success look like

International implementations that used to sit with sales now run cleanly and independently through you – kickoff to go-live, on schedule, with customer teams that are confident and self-sufficient on the product afterwards. Sales freed to sell. And an implementation function that scales, split clearly by market and language, with international rollouts firmly in your hands.

Tools you'll use day to day

HubSpot, Jira, and Fin.

Why join SINGU?

  • Competitive salary depending on your experience: between 11 000 - 15 000 PLN net on B2B or between 9000 – 12500 PLN gross CoE.

  • Real ownership of international implementations – you're not picking up a slice of someone else's process; you own these projects end to end, from kickoff to a customer running on their own.

  • A collaborative, no-micromanagement culture with honest, open feedback – we work as equals, share what didn't go well, and improve together.

  • Part of a fast-scaling international group – redefining how real estate and maintenance are managed across Europe, with QRmaint as a distinct, growing product within the portfolio.
