Import & Supply Chain Operation Coordinator ｜營運協調專員

This role sits within the Production team and is responsible for reviewing and managing factory shipping and sample documentation. The position serves as the key liaison between factories and the India Import Team, ensuring all required import/export and customs clearance documents are completed accurately and on time. The role also works closely with the US Logistics team to support smooth customs clearance and cargo release. This position requires hands-on experience in triangular trade, international shipping, and logistics coordination, with the ability to proactively resolve issues by coordinating across multiple parties.

●主要職責｜Key Responsibilities

■Track shipment progress from factory booking through ETD, proactively coordinate schedule changes with relevant parties, and accurately update shipment and logistics dates in internal systems.
追蹤工廠自訂艙至實際出貨期間之出貨進度，並即時協調相關單位處理異動，同時準確更新系統中的出貨與物流日期 。

■Review and validate factory shipping documents (Invoice, Packing List, BL/AWB, etc.) for accuracy and completeness.
檢視並確認工廠出貨文件（如 Invoice、Packing List、BL/AWB 等）之正確性與完整性 。

■Support factories in preparing and completing all import and customs clearance documents required by the India Import Team.
協助工廠依 Import Team 的需求準備與補齊所有進口與清關文件。

■Handle triangular trade documentation processes and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
熟悉並處理三角貿易文件流程，確保資料一致且符合各國法規要求。

■Track factory sample shipments, including courier and air shipments.
追蹤工廠寄出的樣品包裹狀況，包含快遞與空運樣品。

■Support resolution of sample clearance delays or holds to ensure timely delivery.
協助處理樣品清關、延誤或扣關問題，確保樣品能順利送達。

■Possess working knowledge of HTS codes and tariff classification.
具備 HTS Code（關稅分類）相關知識。

●技能與資格｜Skills & Qualifications

■Background in freight forwarding, logistics, or international trade-related fields at least 3-5 years experience.
具備 forwarder、物流公司或相關進出口背景 至少3-5年經驗。

■Solid understanding of import/export operations, customs clearance, cargo release, and triangular trade.
熟悉國際進出口流程、清關通關、提貨及三角貿易實務。

■Strong communication and coordination skills across regions and functions.
具備良好的跨部門與跨國溝通協調能力。

■Advanced MS Office skills, especially Excel.
熟練使用 MS Office，特別是 Excel。

■Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to manage multiple documents and timelines.
細心、具責任感，能同時處理多項文件與時程。

■Apparel or textile industry experience is a plus but not required.
成衣或紡織產業背景非必要，但具相關經驗者為加分。
