<p style="margin:0in;font-family:Calibri;font-size:11pt;"><span style="font-weight:bold;">Job Description: Data Center</span></p><p style="margin:0in;font-family:Calibri;font-size:11pt;">We are seeking an experienced <span style="font-weight:bold;">Project Manager – Data Center Construction & Site Execution</span> for end-client engagements involving the execution, management, and delivery of Data Center projects.</p><p style="margin:0in;font-family:Calibri;font-size:11pt;">The ideal candidate will bring <span style="font-weight:bold;">more than 10 years of experience in project management</span>, preferably with a minimum of <span style="font-weight:bold;">5 years of hands-on experience in Data Center projects</span>. The candidate should possess strong expertise in construction management, site execution, project planning, stakeholder coordination, and successful project delivery across the full project lifecycle.</p><p style="margin:0in;font-family:Calibri;font-size:11pt;">Experience in large-scale industrial, thermal, renewable, or combined-cycle Data Center projects will be a significant advantage.</p><p style="margin:0in;font-family:Calibri;font-size:11pt;"><span style="font-weight:bold;">Responsibilities:</span></p><ul type="disc" style="margin-top:0in;margin-bottom:0in;"> <li style="margin-top:0;margin-bottom:0;vertical-align:middle;"><span style="font-family:Calibri;font-size:11pt;">Lead project planning, execution, monitoring, and control activities for Data Center projects.</span></li> <li style="margin-top:0;margin-bottom:0;vertical-align:middle;"><span style="font-family:Calibri;font-size:11pt;">Manage construction and site execution activities to ensure adherence to project schedules, quality standards, and safety requirements.</span></li> <li style="margin-top:0;margin-bottom:0;vertical-align:middle;"><span style="font-family:Calibri;font-size:11pt;">Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, vendors, and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project delivery.</span></li> <li style="margin-top:0;margin-bottom:0;vertical-align:middle;"><span style="font-family:Calibri;font-size:11pt;">Develop and track project schedules, budgets, resource plans, and progress
