Summary
Designs and develops hydraulic power units (HPUs) for Bosch Rexroth, creating CAD drawings, 3D models, and ensuring compliance with industry standards while collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize product design and manufacturing processes.
- Design and develop Hydraulic Power Units (HPUs) in accordance with customer specifications and project requirements
- Prepare General Arrangement (GA) drawings, detailed manufacturing drawings, and 3D models using Creo and other CAD tools
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of standard modules, design templates, engineering databases, and standardization initiatives to improve design efficiency, consistency, and quality
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve design issues, implement engineering changes, and ensure timely project execution
- Continuously improve product design by incorporating lessons learned, customer feedback, and best engineering practices.
- Ensure all drawings and technical documents comply with DCCS, AB Standards, ISO, DIN, and other applicable internal engineering standards and guideline
BE or B. Tech degree in Mechanical or Mechatronics or Industrial
Production from reputed institutions with 8 -12 Years of relevant experience
Preferred Experience -
Good knowledge on Hydraulic system Design.
• Good knowledge of hydraulics and engineering materials.
• Modelling and detailing.
• Knowledge of design standards.
• Preparation & release of BOM and Engineering change management.
