As a Senior Manager, you will lead large-scale SAP transformation programs, drive business process improvements, manage stakeholder relationships, and oversee end-to-end project delivery across industries. You will be responsible for solution design, implementation, integration, governance, and team leadership while helping clients realize value from SAP S/4HANA and related SAP technologies.<br /><br /><span style="font-weight:bolder;">Job Position Title</span>: N_Director_SAP- PS_SAP_Advisory_Location_Bangalore _Pune</p><p></p><p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-weight:bolder;">Responsibilities:</span></p><p></p><ul type="disc" style="margin-top:0in;"><li class="MsoNormal">Lead end-to-end SAP PS implementations, rollouts, upgrades, and support engagements.<p></p></li><li class="MsoNormal">Drive requirement gathering, fit-gap analysis, solution design, and business process transformation workshops.<p></p></li><li class="MsoNormal">Design and configure SAP PS components including Project Structures, WBS Elements, Networks, Milestones, Cost Planning, Budgeting, Forecasting, and Settlement processes.<p></p></li><li class="MsoNormal">Manage integration of SAP PS with FI/CO, MM, SD, Asset Accounting, Investment Management, CPM/PPM, and other SAP modules.<p></p></li><li class="MsoNormal">Lead project teams across offshore and onsite delivery models and mentor consultants and managers.<p></p></li><li class="MsoNormal">Engage with client stakeholders, program sponsors, and business leaders to provide strategic guidance and solution recommendations.<p></p></li><li class="MsoNormal">Oversee SIT, UAT, Cutover, Hypercare, and Change Management activities.<p></p></li><li class="MsoNormal">Monitor delivery quality, project economics, risk management, and resource planning.<p></p></li><li class="MsoNormal">Support business development activities including solutioning, RFP responses, estimations, and proposal preparation.<p></p></li><li class="MsoNormal">Drive innovation and adoption of SAP S/4HANA project-centric solutions and industry best practices<p></p></li></ul><p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-weight:bolder;">Mandatory Skill Sets:</span></p><p></p><ul type="disc" style="margin-top:0in;"><li class="MsoNormal">SAP Project Systems (SAP PS)<p></p></li><li class="MsoNormal">SAP S/4HANA Project Systems Implementation<p></p></li><li class="MsoNormal">Project Structuring (WBS, Networks, Milestones)<p></p></li><li class="MsoNormal">Cost Planning, Budgeting, Forecasting & Settlement<p></p></li><li class="MsoNormal">Capital Projects (CAPEX) and Customer Projects<p></p></li><li class="MsoNormal">SAP PS Integration with FI/CO, MM, SD, AA, IM<p></p></li><li class="MsoNormal">Requirement Gathering and Fit-Gap Analysis<p></p></li><li class="MsoNormal">SIT, UAT, Cutover & Hypercare Management<p></p></li><li class="MsoNormal">Stakeholder Management and Client Engagement<p></p></li><li class="MsoNormal">Team Leadership and Delivery Management<p></p></li><li class="MsoNormal">Strong communication, consulting, and presentation skills.<p></p></li></ul><p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-weight:bolder;">Preferred Skill Sets:</span></p><p></p><ul type="disc" style="margin-top:0in;"><li class="MsoNormal">SAP CPM/PPM<p></p></li><li class="MsoNormal">SAP S/4HANA Public/Private Cloud<p></p></li><li class="MsoNormal">SAP Asset Accounting (AA)<p></p></li><li class="MsoNormal">SAP Investment Management (IM)<p></p></li><li class="MsoNormal">SAP Analytics and Reporting<p></p></li><li class="MsoNormal">SAP Fiori Applications<p></p></li><li class="MsoNormal">Agile / SAP Activate Methodology<p></p></li><li class="MsoNormal">Experience in Infrastructure, Manufacturing, Utilities, Construction, Telecom, or EPC industries<p></p></li><li class="MsoNormal">Pre-sales, Practice Development, and People Management experience.<p></p></li></ul><p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-weight:bolder;">Years of Experience Required:</span></p><p></p><ul type="disc" style="margin-top:0in;"><li class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-weight:bolder;">13 to 18+ years</span> of overall SAP experience.<p></p></li><li class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-weight:bolder;">10+ years</span> of relevant experience in SAP Project Systems (PS).<p></p></li><li class="MsoNormal">Experience leading large transformation programs and managing multiple project streams.<p></p></li></ul><p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-weight:bolder;">Education Qualification:</span></p><p></p><ul type="disc" style="margin-top:0in;"><li class="MsoNormal">Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Commerce, or a related discipline.<p></p></li><li class="MsoNormal">MBA, PGDM, or equivalent postgraduate qualification preferred.<p></p></li><li class="MsoNormal">SAP PS/SAP S/4HANA certifications preferred.<p></p></li></ul><p class="MsoNormal"></p><p></p><p> </p>
