Must have offshore delivery experience – the recent 10 years or more<br /> d. Must have programme and project management experience in projects.<br /> e. Must have experience in managing large teams of multiple clients/projects.<br /> f. Experience on working with clients in India is desired.<br /> g. Must have experience in working for client organisations in India and foreign clients.<br /> h. Must have demonstrable expertise in verbal and written communication.<br /> i. Must be flexible to travel in different locations within India for project work<br /> j. Must have good understanding on large and complex technology led projects.<br /> k. Must have good experience in one particular technology stack.<br /> l. Should have experience in Agile and DevOps methodology<br /> m.
