What makes a good fit?

Caregiving experience, including caring for family
Dependable transportation
Good communication skills
Consistent attendance and punctuality
Ability to perform care duties safely, with reasonable accommodation
Willingness to complete background screening
CNA certification is a plus. Experienced caregivers without certification are also encouraged to apply.
