Key Responsibilities
- Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Provide medication reminders and assist with mobility and transfers.
- Monitor and report changes in client’s health status to supervising nurse or family members.
- Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed.
- Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a safe and clean environment.
- Offer companionship and emotional support to clients.
- Follow care plans and maintain accurate documentation of services provided.
Qualifications
- Valid CNA certification
- Compassionate Caregiver.
- Ability to work independently and follow care plans accurately.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Reliable transportation to travel within the Tuscaloosa area.
- Flexibility to work full-time, part-time, or varied shifts as needed
