Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care assistance, including bathing, grooming, and dressing.
- Assist clients with daily living activities and mobility support.
- Administer medication and monitor health conditions as directed.
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with meal planning.
- Engage clients in social activities and companionship to enhance their quality of life.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients.
- Document care provided and report any changes in client condition to the supervisor.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals and family members to ensure comprehensive care.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; certification in home care or nursing preferred.
- Previous experience in caregiving or healthcare settings is highly desirable.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients.
- Compassionate, patient, and reliable demeanor.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to client locations.
- Ability to pass background checks and drug screening.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- CPR and/or First Aid certification
- Active HCA
- SSN - NO ITIN
