Providing companionship
Performing light housekeeping
Preparing meals
Reminding clients to take medications
Transporting them to appointments
Documenting vital signs and any changes in condition for their care plan
- The role requires a compassionate, hardworking individual who can maintain a safe and comfortable home environment and effectively communicate with the client and the care team.
Job Types: Full-time 32-40hr/week, Part-time 16+ hr/week
