Schedule: This is a full-time position that requires availability to work rotating nights and weekends.
YOUR CONTRIBUTIONS MATTER
As our In-Home Sales Representative, you'll meet with homeowners who have already expressed interest in our services. Rather than spending time cold-calling, you'll focus on understanding customer needs, recommending appropriate solutions, answering questions, and building trust through exceptional service and product knowledge. Working closely with a supportive team, you'll guide homeowners through their buying journey, solve challenges as they arise, and help create positive experiences that lead to satisfied customers and rewarding sales success.
WHAT'S REQUIRED?
- Valid driver's license
- 2+ years of sales experience
- Ability to work in heat conditions, climb ladders, and enter attics when applicable
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work effectively on a team
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Dependable self-starter with strong organizational skills
- Strong leadership skills
- Willingness to learn new ideas, methods, and perspectives
Experience in HVAC, plumbing, roofing, windows, bathrooms, home improvement, or other in-home sales industries is preferred.
