The In-House Installer supports the Lead Installer in the installation of windows and doors while learning Renewal by Andersen installation standards and best practices. This is a development-focused role designed for individuals who are motivated to grow their skills, contribute to high-quality projects, and advance toward a future Lead Installer position.
Key Responsibilities

Assist Lead Installer with the removal and installation of windows and doors

Prepare job sites, tools, and materials prior to and during installations

Follow instructions and guidance from the Lead Installer and installation leadership

Maintain clean, safe, and professional job sites

Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment

Learn installation techniques, safety procedures, and quality standards

Demonstrate reliability, coachability, and ongoing skill development
Required Qualifications

Construction, trade, or hands-on labor experience preferred (not required)

Strong work ethic with a willingness to learn and take direction

Ability to lift 75+ lbs and perform physical labor

Valid driver's license preferred
