In-House Lawyer
You will draft, review and negotiate contracts while collaborating closely with the Legal, Risk, Compliance and Privacy teams. You will advise the company and management on corporate and regulatory matters and legal restrictions affecting operations. You will support the business with new initiatives, identify legal issues and risks, and provide legal advice on the formulation and implementation of company strategies and policies.
Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts
- Collaborate with the Legal, Risk, Compliance, and Privacy teams
- Advise the company on corporate matters
- Oversee regulatory matters
- Advise the management team on legal restrictions related to its operations
- Support the business with new initiatives
- Identify legal issues and risks that may affect operations and ensure the company is properly informed
- Provide legal advice on the formulation and implementation of strategies and policies
- Complete other tasks assigned by a supervisor within the scope of responsibilities
Requirements
- Law degree
- At least 3 years of experience at law firms or as an in-house counsel at multinational companies
- Experience and strong technical skills in negotiating, drafting contracts and corporate matters
- Fluency in English and Polish (spoken and written)
- Knowledge of the payment or financial services industries
- Knowledge of MS OFFICE
- Privacy/GDPR knowledge
