Position Overview

As an In-House Marketing Agent in Cocoa Beach, you'll engage with resort guests, owners, and members staying on property, build relationships, and invite qualified guests to attend Owner Updates or Vacation Ownership Sales Presentations.

You'll play an important role in creating an exceptional guest experience while generating qualified tours for our Sales Team.

What You'll Do

• Engage with resort guests, owners, and members in a friendly, professional manner

• Generate excitement around the Capital Vacations ownership experience

• Invite qualified owners to attend Owner Updates

• Invite qualified non-owners to attend Vacation Ownership Sales Presentations

• Build rapport and deliver exceptional customer service

• Provide information about resort amenities, local attractions, and area activities

• Follow established qualification guidelines and company policies

• Accurately complete guest documentation and daily production reports

• Handle inbound and outbound guest communications as needed

• Consistently meet and exceed individual and team production goals

What We're Looking For

• Previous In-House Marketing, OPC, Timeshare, or Vacation Ownership experience preferred

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Outgoing, engaging, and confident personality

• Self-motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented mindset

• Ability to build rapport and connect with guests quickly

• Excellent customer service skills

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office

• Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required

• Reliable transportation

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven resort environment

• Flexibility to work additional hours based on business needs
