Capital Vacations is seeking an experienced In-House Marketing Manager to lead our Daytona Beach team. We’re looking for a leader who can develop talented marketers, drive consistent tour production, and build a team culture centered on performance, accountability, and guest experience.

This is an opportunity to make a direct impact at the resort while working closely with Sales Leadership. You’ll have the chance to strengthen the team, improve production, and help shape the next stage of growth in the Daytona Beach market.

The Opportunity

As In-House Marketing Manager, you’ll oversee the day-to-day performance of the marketing team and ensure guests have a strong first experience with Capital Vacations. You’ll coach marketers on effective conversations, monitor tour production and quality, and identify opportunities to improve results.

The leadership compensation plan includes a booking component in addition to management incentives, giving the right leader an opportunity to earn through both personal contribution and team performance.

What You’ll Do

• Lead, coach, and develop the In-House Marketing team

• Recruit, train, and mentor new marketing talent

• Drive consistent, qualified tour production

• Partner with Sales Leadership to support tour flow and resort goals

• Review production metrics and coach to individual and team results

• Maintain company policies, qualification standards, and a strong guest experience

• Create a positive team culture with clear expectations and accountability

What We’re Looking For

• At least 5 years of vacation ownership marketing experience

• Previous In-House Marketing Manager or higher leadership experience

• A proven record of driving tour production and developing marketers

• Strong recruiting, coaching, and team-building skills

• Excellent communication and organizational abilities

• A leader who can stay hands-on and make sound decisions in a fast-paced resort environment
