Our client is looking for an experienced In-House Recruiter to join their HR team on a permanent basis.
Job Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment, from candidate screening to onboarding.
Develop job descriptions and interview questions.
Coordinate recruitment events and career fairs.
Work closely with hiring managers to fulfil manpower needs.
Support employee retention initiatives and HR projects.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
- F&B recruitment experience would be an advantage.
