Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Manager to lead the design, development, and deployment of agentic AI and intelligent automation solutions for enterprise clients. The role is responsible for managing delivery teams, defining solution architecture, driving client engagements, and scaling agentic automation capabilities across business functions. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in generative AI, agentic AI, enterprise automation, and digital transformation programs.

Key Responsibilities

· Leadership & Delivery

· Lead a team of AI Engineers, Automation Developers, and Solution Architects delivering Agentic Automation programs.

· Manage end-to-end project delivery including solutioning, development, testing, deployment, and hypercare support.

· Drive project governance, risk management, resource planning, and stakeholder communications.

· Mentor and coach team members on AI, automation, and engineering best practices.

· Build and develop Agentic Automation capability within the organization.

· Solution Architecture

· Design scalable Agentic AI architecture leveraging multi-agent frameworks and orchestration platforms.

· Define enterprise AI solution blueprints covering GenAI, RAG, workflow automation, APIs, and enterprise integrations.

· Establish AI governance, security controls, guardrails, and monitoring mechanisms.

· Review technical designs and ensure adherence to enterprise architecture standards.

· Client & Business Engagement

· Engage with business stakeholders to identify AI-led transformation opportunities.

· Conduct process discovery workshops and define Agentic Automation roadmaps.

· Support pre-sales initiatives, proposals, RFP responses, effort estimation, and solution demonstrations.

· Present executive-level updates to client leadership and steering committees.

Mandatory Skills

Technical Skills

· Python (Mandatory)

· Generative AI / Large Language Models (LLMs)

· Prompt Engineering

· LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, or equivalent frameworks

· RPA

· REST APIs

· SQL and NoSQL Databases

· Basic Cloud Knowledge (Azure/AWS)
