We are building a world-class AI engineering capability delivering enterprise-grade intelligent applications through Generative AI and cloud-native architectures. We are seeking an AI Engineering Manager / Manager GenAI Engineering to lead the strategy, architecture, and delivery of scalable, secure, production-ready AI solutions.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end enterprise AI and GenAI programs; define AI architecture standards; drive solution design leveraging LLMs, RAG, MCP and multi-agent frameworks; collaborate with senior stakeholders; build and mentor AI teams; establish AI governance and monitoring practices.

Mandatory Skill Sets

8-12 years software engineering and architecture experience including 4+ years leading AI/ML programs. Expertise in GenAI, LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, Azure OpenAI, OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, AWS Bedrock, AI governance, Azure/AWS/GCP, BFSI domain, stakeholder and people leadership.

Preferred Skill Sets

AI CoE setup, enterprise AI governance frameworks, global delivery teams, client-facing AI engagements, Azure AI/AWS AI certifications.

Years of Experience Required

8 to 12 years overall experience including 4-5 years in AI/ML and Generative AI solution architecture, delivery, and team leadership.

BE / B.Tech / MCA / M.Tech / MBA
