<p> Job Description & Summary: A career within GTOSCO </p><p>Job Position Title: IN_Manager_Pillar2_Global Tax & Operations_TRS_ Gurgaon</p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p><span style="white-space:normal;">●Review Pillar Two / Global Minimum Tax safe harbour and top-up tax calculations in accordance with the applicable rules and regulations.</span></p><p>●Lead research on technical topics relating to Pillar Two and to contribute towards thought leadership materials.</p><p>●Monitor developments in international tax regulations related to Pillar Two and updating clients accordingly.</p><p>●Lead execution of the assigned engagements.</p><p>●Provide timely and high-quality services and work products that exceed the client’s expectations.</p><p>●Ensure continuous compliance with all the risk and quality management standards of the firm.</p><p>●Manage a team of Associates and Interns who would be working on specific clients.</p><p>●Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including audit and tax professionals, to ensure comprehensive service delivery. </p><p>●Coordinate with global teams for sign-offs.</p><p>Mandatory skill sets:</p><p><span style="white-space:normal;">●To be a Qualified Chartered Accountant with 4-5 year of relevant experience</span></p><p>●Other prerequisite skills include:</p><p>-Excellent written and verbal communication skills</p><p>-Strong analytical and numerical skills</p><p>-Ability to analyze financial statements</p><p>-Number crunching ability </p><p>Eye for detail</p><p>Preferred skill sets:</p><p><span style="white-space:normal;">●Communicate with Impact & Empathy</span></p><p>●Develop Self & Others through Coaching</p><p>●Build & Sustain Relationships</p><p>●Be Passionate about Client Service</p><p>●Be Curious: Learn, Share & Innovate</p><p>●Lead & Contribute to Team Success</p><p>●Demonstrate Courage & Integrity</p><p>●Acquire and Apply Commercial & Technical Expertise</p><p>●Manage Projects & Economics</p><p>Be Open Minded, Practical & Agile with Change</p><p>Years of experience required:</p><p><span style="white-space:normal;">minimum 4 years</span></p><p>Education qualification:</p><p><span style="white-space:normal;">●CA/ MBA/ CFA/ CS</span></p><p><br /></p><p>●Candidates with International tax certifications will have an added advantage</p><p><br /></p>
