<p><span style="font-size:14px;"> Job Description & Summary: A career within GTOSCO </span></p><p><span style="font-size:14px;">Job Position Title: Manager_Pillar2_Global Tax & Operations_TRS_ Gurgaon</span></p><p><span style="font-size:14px;">Responsibilities:</span></p><p><span style="font-size:14px;white-space:normal;">●Review Pillar Two / Global Minimum Tax safe harbour and top-up tax calculations in accordance with the applicable rules and regulations.</span></p><p><span style="font-size:14px;">●Lead research on technical topics relating to Pillar Two and to contribute towards thought leadership materials.</span></p><p><span style="font-size:14px;">●Monitor developments in international tax regulations related to Pillar Two and updating clients accordingly.</span></p><p><span style="font-size:14px;">●Lead execution of the assigned engagements.</span></p><p><span style="font-size:14px;">●Provide timely and high-quality services and work products that exceed the client’s expectations.</span></p><p><span style="font-size:14px;">●Ensure continuous compliance with all the risk and quality management standards of the firm.</span></p><p><span style="font-size:14px;">●Manage a team of Associates and Interns who would be working on specific clients.</span></p><p><span style="font-size:14px;">●Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including audit and tax professionals, to ensure comprehensive service delivery. </span></p><p><span style="font-size:14px;">●Coordinate with global teams for sign-offs.</span></p><p><span style="font-size:14px;">Mandatory skill sets:</span></p><p><span style="font-size:14px;white-space:normal;">●To be a Qualified Chartered Accountant with 4-5 year of relevant experience</span></p><p><span style="font-size:14px;">●Other prerequisite skills include:</span></p><p><span style="font-size:14px;">-Excellent written and verbal communication skills</span></p><p><span style="font-size:14px;">-Strong analytical and numerical skills</span></p><p><span style="font-size:14px;">-Ability to analyze financial statements</span></p><p><span style="font-size:14px;">-Number crunching ability </span></p><p><span style="font-size:14px;">Eye for detail</span></p><p><span style="font-size:14px;">Preferred skill sets:</span></p><p><span style="font-size:14px;white-space:normal;">●Communicate with Impact & Empathy</span></p><p><span style="font-size:14px;">●Develop Self & Others through Coaching</span></p><p><span style="font-size:14px;">●Build & Sustain Relationships</span></p><p><span style="font-size:14px;">●Be Passionate about Client Service</span></p><p><span style="font-size:14px;">●Be Curious: Learn, Share & Innovate</span></p><p><span style="font-size:14px;">●Lead & Contribute to Team Success</span></p><p><span style="font-size:14px;">●Demonstrate Courage & Integrity</span></p><p><span style="font-size:14px;">●Acquire and Apply Commercial & Technical Expertise</span></p><p><span style="font-size:14px;">●Manage Projects & Economics</span></p><p><span style="font-size:14px;">Be Open Minded, Practical & Agile with Change</span></p><p><span style="font-size:14px;">Years of experience required:</span></p><p><span style="font-size:14px;white-space:normal;">minimum 5 years Years of experience</span></p><p><span style="font-size:14px;">Education qualification:</span></p><p><span style="font-size:14px;white-space:normal;">●CA/ MBA/ CFA/ CS</span></p><p><span style="font-size:14px;"><br /></span></p><p><span style="font-size:14px;">●Candidates with International tax certifications will have an added advantage</span></p><p><br /></p>
