Proven ability to collaborate with Product Owners, business stakeholders, architects, development teams, and leadership to accelerate value delivery, improve team productivity, and drive enterprise-wide Agile transformation initiatives across diverse industries.</td> </tr> <tr style="height:43.5pt;"> <td height="58" class="xl71" style="height:43.5pt;">Job Position Title:</td> <td class="xl66" width="667" style="border-left:none;width:501pt;">IN_Manager_Scrum Master_GCC_Advisory_Hyderabad (India)</td> </tr> <tr style="height:263.5pt;"> <td height="351" class="xl71" style="height:263.5pt;border-top:none;">Responsibilities:</td> <td class="xl67" width="667" style="border-top:none;border-left:none;width:501pt;">Agile Ceremonies Facilitation & Scrum Master Duties<br /> • Facilitate core Scrum ceremonies: Daily Standups, Sprint Planning, Backlog Refinement, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.<br /> • Act as a servant-leader, shielding the team from external noise, clearing technical and cross-functional blockers, and empowering team self-organization.<br /> • Coach engineering teams and Product Owners on Agile principles, user story writing, backlog prioritization, and iterative value delivery.<br /> • Track and publish sprint-level metrics (velocity, burndown/burnup charts, cycle time, defect leakage) to foster team continuous improvement.<br /> <br /> Project Management & Delivery Governance<br /> • Take end-to-end ownership of project delivery across scope, schedule, budget, quality, and resource utilization.<br /> • Develop and maintain comprehensive project roadmaps, release plans, and dependency matrices for multi-tier technical systems.<br /> • Identify, monitor, and mitigate project-level risks, issues, and assumptions; build escalation paths for critical blockers.<br /> • Serve as the primary operational liaison to executive leadership, business stakeholders, and client representatives in global time zones (US/EU/APAC).<br /> • Manage vendor/third-party engagements, deliverables, and alignment with internal delivery milestones alongwith Client. </td> </tr> <tr style="height:213.5pt;"> <td height="285" class="xl71" style="height:213.5pt;border-top:none;">Mandatory skill sets:</td> <td class="xl67" width="667" style="border-top:none;border-left:none;width:501pt;">• Experience: 8–12+ years of total experience in software project management, with at least 6+ years functioning in a dual Project Manager / Scrum Master capacity in enterprise software environments like ADO, JIRA etc. <br /> • Agile & PM Expertise:<br /> • Mastered Scrum, Kanban, and Hybrid delivery models.<br /> • Deep experience managing full SDLC for web, cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP), or enterprise applications.<br /> • Tool Mastery: Advanced expertise in Jira, Jira Align / Advanced Roadmaps, Azure Devops. Confluence, and traditional portfolio tools (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Azure DevOps).\<br /> <br /> • Communication & Leadership: Needed on Most Important basis <br /> • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with executive presence.<br /> • Proven ability to influence cross-functional technical teams, Product Owners, and executive sponsors without direct hierarchical authority.<br /> • Certifications (At least one required):<br /> • Scrum Master: Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM I/II), or SAFe Scrum Master (SSM).
