Summary
Plans and schedules procurement for automotive/electronics components, ensuring supplier deliveries meet demand while managing inventory and logistics.
1. Execute the scheduling requirements sent to suppliers as per customer demand,ensure the availability of bottle neck materials to meet the demand and maintain MRP and supplier records as per defined standards.
2. Ensure suppliers OTD performance and resolve the key suppliers/issues to overcome delivery issues
3. Coordinate with Purchase/ global services, IPN and task force teams for bottleneck and supplier issues to meet customer requirements.
4. Ensure and execute individual targets by effectively implementing improvement measures covering blocked stocks, non-moving and excess stocks.
5. Plan the transportation, forwarder and CHA to ensure its effective and efficient operation to meet the business requirements.
6. Implementation for raw material changes as per engineering change request as per the defined timeline.
7. Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment between logistics strategies and business objectives.
