What you’ll do…

Lead the day-to-day In Room Dining operation, ensuring exceptional service and memorable guest experiences.
Manage, coach and develop the team, creating a positive and high-performing culture.
Ensure orders are delivered accurately, efficiently and to The Hoxton's quality standards.
Work closely with the Kitchen and Front Office teams to deliver a seamless guest experience.
Drive revenue through menu knowledge, upselling opportunities and service excellence.
Monitor departmental costs, productivity and inventory while maintaining operational efficiency.
Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene and health & safety standards at all times.
Continuously review guest feedback and identify opportunities to enhance the In Room Dining experience.

Previous experience as an In Room Dining Manager, Restaurant Manager or similar Food & Beverage leadership role within a luxury or lifestyle hotel.
Strong knowledge of In Room Dining operations, guest service standards and food & beverage procedures.
Experience managing budgets, labour costs and operational performance.
A natural leader with excellent communication and coaching skills.
Highly organised with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
