Essential Job Functions:

- Hospitably greet, prepare, and serve dining order to guests according to Hilton Hospitality beverage service standards.
- Prepare and deliver guest room amenities, (i.e., fruit baskets, etc.) upon request as needed.
- Abide by all Local, State, Federal and Corporate requirements pertaining to serving alcoholic beverages.
- Prepare station for readiness prior to opening and closing of each shift.
- Follow all cash handling and bank operating procedures as outlined by Hilton Hospitality.
- Perform all side work duties according to side work schedules.
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
- The employee may be expected to work in other areas of the hotel when needed to assist operations to perform job duties not necessarily contained in this job description.
- Maintain a safe work environment for co-workers and a safe hotel for guests; please refer to Section 2.4 in the Team Member Handbook for specific examples.
