In Room Dining Supervisor

Supervise the receipt of orders, their preparation, and delivery to guest rooms or villas, ensuring compliance with service timings and quality standards. Train, lead, and coordinate the Room Service team, assigning duties and organizing shift schedules. Coordinate with the Kitchen, Bars, and Front Office teams regarding guest allergies, dietary requirements, and special requests. Oversee the setup of trays, trolleys, and service equipment, as well as the collection and cleaning procedures following service. Handle guest complaints and follow up on any issues to ensure prompt resolution and guest satisfaction. Monitor inventories, costs, and wastage, and ensure all charges are accurately posted in the POS system.
