Experience in an enterprise software development environment.

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to talk to and present to a range of audiences, sometimes acting as a translator between parties;

Ability to work under pressure on multiple projects within your project timeframes

Passion for creating solutions with a positive attitude to change;

Excellent analytical skills and an informed, evidence-based approach

Experience in Business Objects preferred (other BI tools would also be considered)Good database knowledge (SQL, Oracle etc)

Should have experience in the complete requirements gathering, should possess excellent verbal and written communication skills and should be able to engage users through various modes of communication including workshops, seminars, emails etc.;

Should have the capability to work as a part of integrated team comprising of business and technology experts.

Resource will be required to take complete ownership of the Digital strategy, BRD, URS, FRS and SRS and the change management processes; should support in tracking of the delivery in conjunction with technical project managers.
