Your versatile knowledge will allow you to assist clients in optimising operational efficiency and achieving their strategic objectives.Job Description : <div class="OutlineElement Ltr SCXW121027364 BCX8" style="font-family:'Segoe UI', 'Segoe UI Web', Arial, Verdana, sans-serif;margin:0px;padding:0px;clear:both;color:rgb(0,0,0);font-size:12px;">Responsibilities: <div style="font-family:'Segoe UI';font-size:14px;line-height:20px;">>Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand, analyze, and document business requirements.>Translate business needs into detailed functional specifications, user stories, and process workflows.>Work with Salesforce architects, developers, and QA teams to design and implement scalable Salesforce solutions.>Lead discovery workshops, stakeholder interviews, and requirement elicitation sessions.>Analyze existing business processes and recommend process improvements through Salesforce capabilities.>Support configuration and implementation across Salesforce clouds including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.>Prepare functional design documents, BRDs, FRDs, process maps, and user stories.>Facilitate UAT planning, execution, defect management, and sign-off processes.>Manage stakeholder expectations and provide regular project updates.>Ensure solutions align with business goals, compliance requirements, and best practices.>Support data migration, integration initiatives, and change management activities Mandatory Skill sets:<div style="line-height:20px;"></div>>Expertise in requirement gathering, gap analysis, process mapping, and solution documentation.>Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery environments.>Knowledge of Salesforce integrations and data migration concepts.>Strong stakeholder management and communication skills </div></div>
