Job Description & Summary: Prepare and manage financial reports, strengthen financial controls, support business initiatives, coordinate audits, drive process improvements, and lead the finance team during critical periods.

Job Position Title: IN_Senior Associate_Finance & Accounts_Financial Controller Office_IFS_Gurgaon

Responsibilities:

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

• Monitor financial performance and identify trends.

• Strengthen financial controls, compliance, and governance.

• Partner with stakeholders to support business initiatives and cost management.

• Coordinate audit requirements and issue resolution.

• Drive process improvements and automation initiatives.

• Review data integrity and ensure compliance with accounting policies.

• Support financial analysis, management presentations, and strategic projects.

• Coach junior team members and manage the team during demanding periods.

Mandatory Skill Sets:

• Ability to manage and analyze high volumes of data.

• Work effectively under stringent timelines and high pressure.

• Knowledge of ERP systems like Oracle.

• Adaptability and digital savviness, including openness to emerging technologies like AI.

• Strong communication skills.

• Proactive approach to new challenges.

Preferred Skill Sets:

• Professional qualifications such as CA, CMA, ACCA, CPA, or MBA in Finance.

Years of Experience Required: 4–6 years in finance operations

Education Qualification: Professional qualifications such as CA, CMA, ACCA, CPA, or MBA in Finance preferred.
