| Job Description & Summary: | We are looking for a Finance Analyst – PMO to support financial planning, project governance, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and management information activities. The role will work closely with project managers, finance teams, and business stakeholders to track project financials and provide timely insights to support decision-making. |

| Responsibilities: | Track
project budgets, actuals, forecasts, costs, and variances. Prepare periodic MIS reports and financial dashboards for leadership. Support budgeting, forecasting, accruals, and financial planning activities. Monitor project financial performance and highlight cost overruns, risks, and variances. Maintain PMO trackers covering budget, resources, milestones, risks, and dependencies. Coordinate with Finance, Project Managers, and other stakeholders for financial updates. Support month-end reporting, reconciliation, and project cost tracking. Prepare management presentations and financial/project status reports. Ensure accuracy and timely submission of financial and PMO reports. Support governance meetings and track actions to closure. |
| Mandatory skill sets: | Finance
analysis / Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) PMO / Project Financial Management Budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis Project cost and financial tracking MIS and management reporting Strong Microsoft Excel, including PivotTables, lookup functions, and financial data analysis Strong analytical and stakeholder-management skills Good communication and presentation skills |
| Preferred skill sets: | Knowledge
of project governance and resource/cost management Exposure to PowerPoint and senior-management reporting Experience working in a large corporate or consulting environmentRelevant experience in Finance Analysis, Project Finance, or PMO |
